第284回は女性VTuberグループ「ホロライブ」の0期生であり、メンバーの中でも高い歌唱力を誇る星街すいせいが初登場。 披露するのは1st Album『Still Still Stellar』のリードトラックであり、聴いてくれる人たちを勇気づけたい、という想いから生まれた楽曲「Stellar Stellar」。 今回のためだけに用意されたオリジナルのアコースティックアレンジと共に、「THE FIRST TAKE」史上初の試みとなるVTuberの一発撮りに挑む。
